Tobias Kaiser grew up in Germany. After earning a Master’s Degree in Public Communication (Syracuse, NY), he worked in Munich and Düsseldorf for ten years. In 1992, he became licensed as a Florida real estate broker while opening a property consulting, management and brokerage company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since 2000, he is one of ca. 1,800 Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) worldwide.
Being raised in a Mid-Century Modern home with an architect sister (as well as two other siblings and several Scottish Terriers), Tobias’ interest in architecture was ignited early on: in an attic, he recently unearthed drawings and floorplans of modernist houses he created when he was 15 years old. Today, modern architecture is Tobias' residential real estate focus and also his personal love and preference.
Tobias is a member of the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Society of Commercial Realtors®. He belongs to the FAR Commercial Council, and since 2006 serves on the Fort Lauderdale Professional Standards committee. He speaks English, German, French and learns Spanish, loves Scotties, and is an avid motorcycle rider and barbecuer. Tobias splits his time between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and his hometown Feldafing near Munich, which he frequently travels to.
