About Tobias Kaiser, Modern Architecture Specialist
BIO
Tobias Kaiser grew up in Germany. After earning a Master’s of Science in Public Communication (Syracuse, NY, USA), he worked in advertising in Germany for ca. ten years. In 1992, he became licensed as a Florida real estate broker while opening a property consulting, management and brokerage company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since 2000, he is one of ca. 2,100 Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) worldwide.
Growing up in a Mid-Century Modern home close to his architect sister (as well as two other siblings and a large number of Scottish Terriers), Tobias’ interest in modern architecture was ignited early on. In an attic, he recently unearthed floorplans and elevations of modernist houses he drew when he was 14 or 15 years old. Modern architecture is Tobias' residential real estate specialty today and also his passion.
Tobias is a member of the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, a director of the Realtors® Commercial Alliance of Greater Fort Lauderdale, and since 2006 serves on the Fort Lauderdale Professional Standards committee. He speaks English, German, French and learns Spanish, loves Scotties, and is an avid motorcycle rider and barbecuer. Tobias splits his time between Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Starnberg near Munich, which he frequently travels to.
